Born on Whadjuk Country, Alexandria’s familial links extend from Nyamal of the Pilbara to the Gnaala Karla Booja in the South-West of Western Australia.
Alexandria‘s passion for Indigenous engagement was the driving force behind the incorporation of Yargan. As a proud Aboriginal woman and the Managing Director of Yargan, she is committed to ensuring Aboriginal people are supported to gain formal qualifications and training.
Alexandria considers it is not enough for businesses to simply place Aboriginal people in entry level positions of employment as she has previously experienced in her own career. Rather, she actively supports Aboriginal people to identify and achieve their long-term career objectives through sustainable employment opportunities
In her own career, Alexandria’s work history has encompassed human resources, employment law and blue-collar recruitment within Aboriginal businesses.

With qualifications in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management, Patrick specialises in Project Management in construction, fabrication & procurement on major projects in mining and oil & gas industries in Western Australia, Queensland, the Northern Territory, South Australia and Internationally.
